Microneedling at Park
The needles create the channels. What we deliver through them decides what your skin actually rebuilds.
A regenerative approach to skin quality — performed at Park in Savannah, Georgia, with a choice of two clinical mediums.

Park Aesthetics
a note from the clinic
Microneedling has a reputation as a resurfacing treatment.
We treat it as a regenerative one — the difference is not the device, but what the skin is given to rebuild with.
The Park Aesthetics Clinical Team
The mechanism
Microneedling uses a series of fine, medical-grade needles to create thousands of microscopic channels in the skin. Each is small enough to close quickly, but meaningful enough to trigger a response — the body reads them as injuries to repair.
That repair is the point. In closing those channels, the skin produces new collagen and elastin — the structural proteins that give it firmness, density, and the way it holds light. Over a series, tone evens, texture smooths, pores refine, and skin quality improves at the level of its architecture, not only its surface.
This is why microneedling is not a facial. It is a controlled wound-healing process — and wound healing can be amplified.
How much it is amplified comes down to two things: how precisely the channels are created, and what is delivered into them while they are open. Park controls both.
What goes into the channels
For a short time after microneedling, the channels stay open and the skin is more receptive than it will be again for weeks.
Whatever is applied in that window absorbs far more deeply than it could through intact skin. It is the most valuable moment of the entire treatment — and the one most often spent on a basic hydrating serum.
At Park, the medium is a clinical decision, not an afterthought. We offer two, matched to how much you want the treatment to do: a firming serum for refinement, and pure PDGF+ for regeneration. Both are legitimate. One does more.
The signature medium
Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) is one of the most conserved proteins in human biology. When tissue is injured, your body releases it at the site to direct repair — signaling the cells that rebuild collagen, form new blood supply, and restore healthy tissue. It is, quite literally, part of how you already heal.
ariessence pure PDGF+ delivers a pharmaceutical-grade, recombinant form of that exact protein into the microchannels while they are open. Applied at the moment of repair, it reinforces the regenerative cascade microneedling sets off — so the skin builds more, and builds it more predictably.
The same growth factor has a decades-long track record in regenerative medicine — used in FDA-approved products for bone and tissue repair, with more than 5.5 million patients treated over 28 years. Park brings that lineage to the skin.
It is also why PDGF+ has replaced older approaches in many practices. Unlike PRP, it requires no blood draw and does not depend on your age or health for its strength. Unlike exosomes, it is sterile, consistent, and precisely characterized — the same potency every session, with up to 300,000 times the growth-factor concentration of PRP.
Choose your medium
regenerative
Our regenerative standard. Pure PDGF+ delivered into freshly opened channels to reinforce collagen production and healing. The choice for treating skin quality as a long-term investment rather than a one-time refresh.
Best forTexture, firmness, long-term skin architecture, and the most complete result microneedling can produce.
refine & firm
A refined entry point. A firming serum delivered into the channels to support tightening and smoother texture. A strong option for maintenance, or a first experience of microneedling done properly.
Best forRefinement, firming, and patients easing into a considered skin-quality routine.
Both are performed with the same technique and the same care. The difference is the medium — and how much regeneration you want the treatment to drive.

Your session
From numbing through aftercare — and why results build over a series, not a single visit.
01
We assess your skin quality, goals, and history to confirm microneedling is right for you — and which medium fits. This is where the PDGF+ or firming-serum decision is made, on clinical grounds rather than guesswork.
02
A topical numbing agent is applied for comfort and given time to take full effect. The session is planned around your treatment areas — the face, and the neck if you have added it.
03
Controlled passes create the microchannels at the depth your skin calls for. Your chosen medium — PDGF+ or firming serum — is delivered while the skin is at its most receptive, so it works where it matters.
04
Expect redness and warmth for a day or two, similar to mild sun exposure. Collagen remodels over the following weeks, and results compound across a series of three — which is why PDGF+ is offered as a package.

You are curious about regenerative skin treatments and want a clinical, honest explanation before booking.
You would consider PRP or exosomes but prefer something sterile, consistent, and without a blood draw.
You are early in a skin-quality routine and want a strong, refined place to start.
You think in series and long-term maintenance, not one-time fixes.
Common questions
ariessence pure PDGF+ is a topical cosmetic product used following microneedling. References to FDA-approved applications of PDGF refer to separate medical products for bone and tissue repair, not to ariessence itself. Individual results vary. Growth-factor concentration figures reflect manufacturer data comparing PDGF+ to PRP and exosomes.
