At Park Aesthetics, we strive to streamline your visit, understanding that our clients often have tight schedules and may even be joining us from out of town. Our dedicated patient advocates and scheduling team are at your service to ensure your journey with us is both smooth and rewarding. We believe in the power of active involvement in your treatment journey for the most fruitful outcomes. Here’s what to keep in mind before you arrive:
Bring Reference Photos: To provide us with a clearer understanding of your aesthetic goals, consider bringing photos of times when you felt your best or of family members. These can offer insights into potential changes and help tailor your treatment plan.
Allocate Sufficient Time for Appointments: Our commitment to personalized care and the detailed attention we provide each client mean appointments may take longer than expected. To manage any unforeseen delays and due to our high demand, we advise scheduling future appointments early with your patient advocate.
15-Minute Grace Period: We understand unforeseen circumstances can affect your schedule. However, to maintain fairness and quality of treatment for all our clients, we request punctuality. Arrivals over 15 minutes late will be rescheduled to ensure each treatment receives the necessary time and attention.
Appointment Confirmation and Notification Policy: To ensure all our clients receive the treatments they need, please confirm your appointment at least 48 business hours in advance. Any unconfirmed appointments will be subject to cancellation.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy
We understand that schedules change. To respect the time reserved specifically for you—and the care our providers put into every appointment—Park Aesthetics has a deposit-based cancellation policy.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied toward your total at your visit.
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will apply.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
If an emergency or extenuating circumstance arises, please contact us directly. These situations are reviewed case-by-case with care and discretion.
Our policies are designed to protect appointment availability, support our providers, and ensure we can continue offering the level of care and experience Park Aesthetics is known for.
